Parc An Grouse is situated overlooking Falmouth bay just a short walk from St. Keverne village on the Lizard peninsula in South West Cornwall. We are in the ideal location to take advantage of the many activities that can be sought in this part of Cornwall, whether it be walking the Coast Path, diving on the Manacles Reef or just relaxing on a quiet beach nearby, the picturesque fishing villages of Coverack, Cadgwith and Mullion are all close by. Flambards Theme Park is only ten miles away in Helston for the children if it is a bit damp one day,
Parc An Grouse
We offer Bed and Breakfast accommodation in a central location in West Cornwall, within half an hours drive of Penzance and Lands End to the West and the Eden Project with nearby Newquay to the East. Also we are within walking distance to two beautiful National Trust gardens on the Helford river.
Rates are £18 per person per night including breakfast, £20 for the new en-suite rooms children under 11 are half price. We are open all year.
St Keverne is a peaceful, friendly village, it is within easy access of many beaches, fishing coves and coastal walks. The village has a store, butcher, newsagent, restaurant post office and two public houses which serve good food. Frenchman's Creek, made famous by Daphne du Maurier, Helford Passage, and Kynance Cove are among the many local places of interest, Truro, St. Ives, Penzance, Falmouth and Lands End are all only 40 minutes drive away.
This unspoilt area offers coastal and inland walks and the opportunity to visit the many wonderful gardens of Cornwall including Heligan and the magnificent Eden Project.
Various sized boats may be hired at the nearby Helford Estuary. Divers can explore the numerous wrecks and reefs along the coast including the notorious Manacles Reef where many ships have met there end. Dive charters can bearranged with Dive-Action diving services.

Our new barn conversion was completed in June this year with five large en-suite bed rooms all with there own private entrance and lovely sea views.
One room has wheelchair access.
